If you’re going to be using home or office recycling bins for old food containers, make sure that you rinse them off before you put them in the bins so that you don’t have problems with odor, fruit flies and other insects. Regularly put your recycling out for the trash removal people to pick up, and clean out your recycling bins if they start to accumulate food or debris. Lots of people have trouble with recycling, but most of the hassles associated with it can be resolved simply and effectively with the use of plastic storage containers. By setting up a home or office recycling center or a recycling system in the classroom, you’ll be doing your part to protect the environment.
