What are the advantages of using plastic bins? They’re ideally suited to kitchen organization for several reasons:
• Clear plastic bins allow you to immediately see what’s inside your containers. This means less time searching for ingredients, and more time cooking.
• Plastic bins are waterproof. In the kitchen, when you’re using the sink and boiling water, it’s easy to get things wet. But with plastic bins (unlike the cardboard and paper containers that many ingredients come in), you don’t have to worry about that at all (this same feature makes small, open faced plastic bins ideal for storing utensils in your drawers).
