Another benefit of using bins and racks in your store is that by organizing your merchandise in a logical system, you increase the odds that a customer will purchase more products. Many shop owners think that up-selling is something you can only do with words. In reality, you can visually up-sell your merchandise simply by putting complementary items close to each other in your shop. Say for example you have wire shelving displaying T-shirts at a souvenir shop. Simply by adding some stacked plastic retail bins with hats next to your shelving, you might prompt a customer to purchase a hat to match a souvenir shirt.
